As a company, we work with Local Authorities, the Integrated Care Board (ICB), Health & Social Care Providers, Support Providers, Registered Providers, Regulators and Charities.
More importantly, as people from within the care support network ourselves, we work with Tenants and their families directly, to develop housing solutions with social care built in from the heart.
We don't build properties, we develop homes. These homes provide many places for people to live, to have independence, to receive the support they need, and sometimes the accessibility they require for it to be called a home.
We combine our internal expertise, coupled with extensive working relationships, not just within the industry, but in providing care services directly. We are always able to provide an efficient and comprehensive project-based approach from conception to completion and beyond, including ongoing maintenance and management.
Our Supported Accommodation projects are always tailored towards our primary goal: providing care and promoting independence.
We provide many types of homes for people experiencing physical, mental health difficulties and those with social needs. From apartments to houses, bungalows, full scheme projects, conversions, and even minor refurbishment projects. We provide this comprehensive service for groups, couples and individuals alike.
