When we work in conjunction with Local Authorities, Integrated Care Boards and Support Care providers, we work directly with Tenants to develop housing solutions for their specific social care needs. We adapt this working relationship for all properties – from conceived new built projects to newly conceived scheme projects.
We are currently working on a range of exciting developments and have already allocated funding for 2022-2023 projects.
All projects are funded privately to achieve shorter timescales than can often be achieved with grant based funding and other traditional sources.
We collaborate with a large number of registered housing providers, allowing us to directly meet the needs of Tenants within supported housing.
CQC-SA also works directly with support care providers to meet the exacting Tenant requirements, for individuals, couples, and families alike. This often means creating a bespoke property for a Tenant with physical or mental disabilities to allow them to live independently.
We prioritise property solutions to meet competitive tendering objectives for supplying adapted or new build properties, to meet local demands and requirements.
Rents are structured by our team to meet with local commissioning strategies in line with housing benefits, calculated on a scheme to scheme basis. We work with a range of Housing Associations and Registered Providers to ensure all of our development schemes are in line with local priorities.
