We work on strategic plans with Integrated Care Boards to develop housing solutions that meet and exceed social and health care needs.  Again, this ranges in accommodation types from single flats to larger schemes.


Each of the bespoke homes we create are developed to provide Tenants with the greatest opportunity to remain in their home for longer.  By making person-centric adaptations or refurbishments that can develop along with the Tenants’ requirements, we can help a Tenant to remain in their home if circumstances may need to adapt. Helping to reduce empty properties and void scenarios, and helping their families or Support Workers with extended consistency of location.


We are already allocating funding from 2022 into 2023. We fund all schemes directly with private finance, allowing us to develop schemes in a short timeframe. We work with a large number of Registered Housing Providers and Housing Associations nationally to look after Tenant’s housing needs on a day-to-day basis, allowing us to meet the local needs of people for supported housing. Our team can advise on, and ensure, that rent meets a Tenants’ Housing Benefit entitlement in line with local value strategies.
