We currently support a number of Local Authorities, by developing housing solutions to stringent  strategic plans, helping Local Authorities to meet their social and health care goals on a wide array of property types and schemes. 
We currently have allocated funding for 2022, through to 2023 and we are able to fund such schemes with private finance, allowing us to develop schemes in a shorter time frame. Thus avoiding time delays associated with grant application funded projects.

We work with a large number of Registered Housing Providers nationally, to look after Tenant’s housing needs on a day to day basis, allowing us to meet the needs of people on a local level, but with a national coverage. This provides a system of consistency for the Local Authorities when combined goals span multiple authority boundaries.

Our team works with a range of Registered Providers and Housing Associations to ensure all of our schemes are developed specifically to meet with local commissioning targets. All rents are structured so they are met by the Housing Benefit goals of the Local Authority
