Frank has been in the property industry since 1984 and has been involved with and worked at various property development companies. He has sourced, developed and sold over 1000 investment properties, with clients all over the United Kingdom.
His focus since 2006 has been predominantly within the acquisition of land for new build projects and conversion properties for supported living accommodation. Including working with registered Housing Associations, Care Providers, Local Authorities and on national government contracts.
Frank and his team have since supplied over 300 properties within this sector, including apartment blocks, bungalows and full or partial property conversions. He has also been involved directly as a major shareholder in two companies within the care industry: as a registered National Training Provider, and a registered Domiciliary Care Provider. Other specialist property-related skills include the sourcing of ‘off-market’ land, forming and managing a specialist planning team, full planning management for affordable housing and shared ownership projects. This also includes work in the field of retirement living schemes for several major registered housing providers.
