Property Specifications

CQC-SA sources existing properties that require conversion and development of land, and also develops completely new properties and schemes.
Our locations for these projects are designed to be in quiet, less intrusive, safe locations. We work on projects in the Midlands, the Northwest, Cumbria, and Scotland. All property locations are considered for easy access to public services, local shopping, healthcare and education, with accessible transport or within walking distance to town centres.


Types of properties:

We design and build conversions to the commissioner and care support provider’s specifications and beyond. We also provide bespoke specialist and architecturally designed units to the same stringent specifications. Including new build properties, one and two-bedroom bungalows, semi-detached properties, and terraced styled schemes. Both new and refurbished apartment projects (upwards of 6-16 units), will also have access to lifts. All developments have private parking, and in some circumstances, gated entry can be added as an additional convenience and security measure.
