SHEILA WRIGHT
After a planning career spanning more than 30 years I set up my own planning and development company with my husband and fellow Director, Alastair Bain ( a registered architect) in June 2020.
Since then the company has grown from strength to sthrength and we have a growing portfolio of projects and clients.

My Story
We specialise in development feasibility studies, planning applications and appeals and any matters where negotiations with Local Planning Authorities such as S106 Agreements are required. All our clients are assured of our personal involvement and our commitment to add value based on our extensive experience in the development industry.

Prior to Sheila Wright Planning I held senior positions at Pegasus Group and Peel Land and Property Ltd and a number of consultancy and public sector roles.
