SHETU MIAH

His entrepreneurial qualities surfaced in his late teens as he started an insurance and estate agency business which grew rapidly. Whilst managing both businesses, Shetu entered the hospitality sector at the age of just 18, opening a successful Indian fusion restaurant.
The young entrepreneur started a second insurance firm with his cousin, at the same time they both qualified as financial advisors. This allowed them to move into the mortgage sector adding to their portfolio of skills. Shetu’s desire to do something more was ever-present. When the owner of the property where he ran his restaurant decided to sell the building, Shetu realised this was a worthy investment and made his first foray into the property market. 
From that moment on, he has been involved in the development of new build homes, conversions of historical buildings, luxury developments, and inner-city living spaces. Not to mention turn-key developments for industrial schemes. After gaining this valuable experience in almost every sector, Shetu finally got his chance to be involved directly with supported living.
